Items
- How do I add my own items? - To add your own items, you must first make a Lumber Trader Account for your company. If you do not have an account, please go to the Add Company page and create one...It's FREE! Once your company record has been created, please go to the Company Login page and login. Choose the Add New Items selection and add as many items as you would like!
- I added my items but I don't see them? - To make your items visible on the 'Public' search engine your items must have a 'Public' price defined. Likewise, to make them visible on the 'Wholesale Key' search engine, your items must have a 'Wholesale Key' price defined. If you know that your items are defined correctly, make sure that you are entering the proper search data to bring them up!
- I see my items but how do I make them first on the search results? - Making items first on the 'Search Results' page depends on a number of factors. Items that are 'Freshest' (most recently entered) will appear at the top of the list. Items from Lumber Trader Advertisers will also appear at the top of the list. Items that meet the first search criteria entered will also appear first. Best Results are obtained by being a Lumber Trader Advertiser and having the 'Freshest' items that match the given criteria!
- I only want my items to show up on the Wholesale Search? - To have your items only listed on the Wholesale Key search engine you must ONLY have a 'Wholesale Key' price defined for the desired items.

Notify
- What does 'E-Mail Notify' mean? - E-Mail Notify is short for 'E-Mail Notification'. E-Mail Notification is the process by which search criteria you have chosen is checked daily to see if there are any new items that match the criteria. If a match is found the Lumber Trader system will notify you by e-mail of the items found.
- How do I use E-Mail Notify? - Go to either the Public E-Mail Notify page or Wholesale Key E-Mail Notify page and enter your search criteria. If you are in doubt as to what the results will be, try your search criteria on the search engine to see what kind of records it will pull up. MAKE SURE to enter the proper e-mail address... once entered a 'Public' E-Mail Notify' record cannot be changed!
- How many E-Mail Notification records can I have? - You can have as many E-Mail Notification records as you wish. But please, only enter the minimum that you require!
- How do I delete an E-Mail Notification record? - A 'Public' E-Mail Notification record cannot be deleted! To delete a 'Wholesale Key' record please go to the Company Login page and login. Go to the E-Mail Notification selections and choose 'Edit Existing Notifications'. Delete the desired one.
- Is it better if I have a Lumber Trader Company Account? - It is easier to always have a Lumber Trader Company Account. You can use your Lumber Trader Account for many things other than entering items and doing searches!

- How do I add my company & How much does it cost? - To add your company to the Lumber Trader and to start using all of the benefits the Lumber Trader has to offer simply go to the Add Company page and add it! The Lumber Trader is FREE!
- I added my company but I don't see it? - Are you entering the correct search criteria? Please check your criteria and try again.
- How can I make my company first on the search results? - Making Company Profiles first on the 'Search Results' page depends on a number of factors. Companies that are Lumber Trader Advertisers will appear at the top of the list. Companies that meet the first search criteria entered will also appear first. Best Results are obtained by being a Lumber Trader Advertiser and matching the given criteria!
